Blog Doodle

Perhaps I knew you in another life....
in a smaller boat, on a restless sea.

Perhaps we met in a foreign land...
in a raging battle for one last stand.

I reach out and touch familar voices
as they linger in white air.
And the promise is forever.
It seems only fair.

Perhaps I loved you in an ordinary way,
and we parted as lovers often do.

It was only when I saw you again, from a distance,
that I realized the love was true.

So if there is a wagontrain it ran passed a stream.
And all of your reflections were left there for me.

The ice moves closer and the twin daisies grow so free...
and I am still listening for the lost children that number twenty three.

Perhaps I knew you in another world,
and the shadows still remain..

There is a reason for this digital season,
where there is more joy than there was pain.

Somewhere in the darkness the crazy lady smiles.
There are still more questions than answers,
but she's been awake for miles.
